Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order.
Please allow 5–7 working days for your item to be processed and created before dispatch.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
- All UK parcels are sent via a tracked shipping service.
- Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 2 working days.
- Shipping within the UK is charged at £2.50.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship internationally to Europe and the rest of the world.
- Europe: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 6–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal service and customs clearance processes. Delays are unfortunately beyond our control once your parcel has been shipped. - International shipping is charged at £6.
All parcels will be sent with a tracking number, which you’ll receive via email once your order has been dispatched.
We believe in keeping shipping costs fair. Our shipping rates are partially subsidised by us, meaning you pay less than the actual postage cost. This helps us make our handmade pieces more accessible while still ensuring a tracked and reliable delivery service.
