Personalised & Custom Items
All personalised and custom pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Because each piece is made to order and customised especially for you, all sales are final.
This includes any items with embroidery, beading, or bespoke details that are made specifically to your request.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll send you a Return Form to complete your return.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

For non-personalised, non-custom items (if applicable), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
